Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

United States

  • Standard — free on orders of $70.00 and over, otherwise $8.00. Estimated delivery 7–15 business days.
  • Express — $15.00. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days.

International — we currently ship to 211 countries and regions outside the United States.

  • Standard International — free on orders of $70.00 and over, otherwise $15.00.
  • DHL Express and USPS — rates and transit times are calculated live at checkout.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and do not include time held in customs.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Lonamo is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. Any fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Where a DHL Express prepaid-duties service is available, any duties collected are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment at any time on our Track your order page.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and a second shipping charge may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking has not moved for an unusually long time, contact us at contact@lonamo.com and we will help you file a carrier claim and make it right.
