These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lonamo.com and any purchase you make from Lonamo ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. We do our best to describe our products and show their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may limit quantities per customer.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, rates and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our 45-day money-back guarantee, set out in our Refund policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Health information and intended use

AquaFlow Pro™ and our other products are consumer wellness devices for personal nasal care. Any information on this website, including articles, testimonials and answers to frequently asked questions, is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always read the instructions supplied with your device before use. Use only distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water — never untreated tap water. If you are pregnant, have had recent nasal or sinus surgery, have an ear infection or a perforated eardrum, or your symptoms persist or worsen, consult a qualified healthcare professional. These products are for adults; they are not intended for children.

7. Customer content

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and other content on this website are owned by Lonamo or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, to scrape or harvest data, or to transmit malicious code.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonamo and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page periodically.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
