A humidifier releases vapor into the whole room. A nebulizer concentrates the mist straight to your nose or mouth through the mask or mouthpiece — a targeted action, not an ambient one.
Before the first use: wash the mask, the mouthpiece and the tank with warm water and mild soap. Let everything dry fully before assembling.
Step 1 — Prepare the solution. Open the tank and add saline solution, distilled water, or the solution your doctor or pharmacist recommended. Do not use plain tap water, and do not use essential oils that are not certified for nebulization.
Step 2 — Assemble. Fit the mouthpiece or the mask (adult or pediatric) firmly onto the atomizer.
Step 3 — Turn it on safely. Press the button 3 times within 2 seconds. This stops a child from switching it on by accident.
Step 4 — Position it. With the mask: rest it over nose and mouth, snug but comfortable. With the mouthpiece: hold it firmly between your lips.
Step 5 — Breathe normally. No deep or special breathing needed — just breathe as you normally would for 10 to 15 minutes. The device shuts off on its own when the dose is finished.
Step 6 — Clean after every use. Take the parts apart and rinse them with warm water. Let them air dry before storing so moisture does not build up.
